The first thing I would like to tell you about is our new management service. There has been long ongoing questions about whether or not we were spending too much and getting our money's worth from the TLC Management Service. Through much research and an interview with the president of Batts and Ramsey, we decided that they offered more for our money and at a lesser cost. One thing they offered right off the bat was an individual person from Batts and Ramsey who is responsible for monitoring our community. Diana Ellis will be visiting our community once every other week to check on any covenants violations. There is much more communication with Batts and Ramsey and our board. We hope that this will provide positive changes for our community.
