Post-Annual Meeting Wrap up

Hello again to everyone. Lots of changes are going on. This first one has to do with me. I am beginning a move to Florida. So I will no longer be the Homeowners Association President. We probably should have had an election at the last meeting, but the whole plan kind of krept up before I had a chance to think about it. I've asked the remaining board members to try to set up another meeting to elect officers. If you are interested in becomeing an officer, PLEASE attend that meeting when you get the note.

There may be as many as 3 of the 4 positions available. So for now it's good bye and good luck. Thank you for allowing me to represent our community for this last year.

Some notes of interest:

I told everyone at the meeting that we would have a playground cleanup day. Unfortunately the weather was against me and I could not get it in before I leave. I plan to move the playground set on Raj drive to the playground area on Suda on Saturday, Oct 28th. And possibly do a little work on the existing playground. If you are around I would love the help.

The petition for speed bumps on Raj drive has been submitted. I'm not sure when they will actually be put in. For those of you who are worried about snow removal on that street. It looks like that will not be a problem. Juan Ramos has been checking with the city planners and they said snow plows would still plow the streets.

There was another petition put in to put no parking signs on Raj street. It looks like that has been put on hold for now. This petition was put in by a resident on Raj drive. Apparently not everyone knew about it.

The city planners are planning to look into it and find out what all the residents want.
