As many of you work and commute through the Research Triangle Park area, I have some interesting developments where you can be directly involved in influencing the future of RTP.
The North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA) is conducting a feasibility study. This study deals with the construction and operation of the Triangle Expressway. The Expressway (Highway 540) may become a toll roadway between I-40 and NC highway 55.
Employees from the campuses in Research Triangle Park have been invited to share input regarding this option for travel.

Playground on Raj Drive Transferred to Suda Drive - Our community volunteers, Juan and Luis, helped Terri move the playground over the weekend. We still need volunteers for several large and small community projects.
Remember, for insurance purposes, the playground is intended just for single-family home owners. Parents must ensure that children are not destroying the playground equipment and other community property. All young children must be accompanied by an adult.
